Cataclysm (Level 80+) Skills

•Leap of Faith - You pull the spirit of the friendly party or raid target to you, instantly moving them directly in front of you. / 13% of base mana, 40 yd range, Instant cast, 1.5 min cooldown

Discipline
Primary Spells
•Penance - Launches a volley of holy light at the target, causing 699.38 to 790.24 Holy damage to an enemy, or 2351.96 to 2657.54 healing to an ally instantly and every 1 sec for 2 sec. / 14% of base mana, 30/40 yd range, Channeled, 12 sec cooldown
•Enlightenment (Passive) - Intellect increased by 15%.
•Meditation (Passive) - Allows 50% of your mana regeneration from Spirit to continue while in combat.
•Shield Discipline (Mastery) - Increases the potency of all your damage absorption spells by 20%. Each point of Mastery increases the potency of absorbs by an additional 2.5%.

Skills
•Prayer of Fortitude is gone, Power Word: Fortitude automatically affects party or raid members now.
•Mass Dispel now costs 38% of base mana, up from 33% of base mana.
•Divine Spirit and Prayer of Spirit are gone.
•Mana Burn now has a 2.5 sec cast time, down from 3 sec.
•Shackle Undead now lasts up to 50 sec, up from 30 sec.
•Dispel Magic now removes 2 (up from 1) harmful spells from a friend or 2 (up from 1) beneficial spell from an enemy. Now costs 16% of base mana, up from 14% of base mana.
•Inner Fire now increases armor value from items by 60% and spell power by 425.28. Lasts 30 min.
•Power Word: Shield now costs 19% of base mana, down from 23% of base mana. Cooldown reduced to from 4 sec to 3 sec. Now absorbs [ 41.8% of Spell Power + 3906.47 ], up from 2230 damage.

Talents Changes
•Borrowed Time is now a Tier 4 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 10 and 5 Ranks. Now grants 7/14% (Down from 5/10/15/20/25%) spell haste for your next spell after casting Power Word: Shield. No longer increases the amount absorbed by Power Word: Shield.
•Divine Aegis is now a Tier 5 talent, down from Tier 9.
•Pain Suppression is now a Tier 5 talent, down from Tier 9.
•Grace is now a Tier 6 talent, down from Tier 9. Now affects Heal. Now increases all healing received from the Priest by 2/4%, up from 3%.
•Renewed Hope now affects Heal. Now procs if your target is afflicted by Weakened soul or blessed with your Grace effect. No longer reduces all damage taken by the raid when you cast Power Word: Shield.
•Rapture is now a Tier 4 talent, down from Tier 8. No longer energizes the target with mana, rage, energy, or runic power. The mana regeneration effect on the priest can now occur once every 6 sec. (Down from 12 sec)
•Focused Will is now a Tier 6 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 7 and 3 Ranks. Whenever you are victim of an attack equal to damage greater than 10% of your total health, you gain Focused Will reducing all damage taken by 4/6% lasting for 8 sec. Stacks up to 2 times.
•Power Infusion is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 7.
•Reflective Shield is now a Tier 4 talent, down from Tier 5.
•Soul Warding is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 5. Now reduces the cooldown of Power Word: Shield by 1/2 sec, down from 4 sec. No longer reduces the mana cost of Power Word: Shield.
•Mental Agility is now a Tier 1 talent, down from Tier 4.
•Inner Focus now reduces the mana cost of your next Flash Heal, Heal, Greater Heal, or Prayer of Healing by 100%. Cooldown reduced to 45 sec, down from 3 min.
•Improved Power Word: Shield is now a Tier 1 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 3 and 3 Ranks. Increases the damage absorbed by your Power Word: Shield by 5/10%. (Down from 5/10/15%)
•Improved Inner Fire renamed to Inner Sanctum - Spell damage taken is reduced by 2/4/6% while within Inner Fire, and the movement speed bonus of your Inner Will is increased by 2/4/6%.
•Twin Disciplines is now a 3 Ranks talent, down from 5 Ranks. Increases your Shadow and Holy spell damage and healing by 2/4/6%. (Old - Increased damage and healing of instant spells by 1/2/3%)

New Talents
•Power Word: Barrier - Summons a holy barrier on the target location that absorbs [ 1.2% of Spell Power + 3801.028 ] damage done to friendly targets within it each time they take damage. While within the barrier, spellcasting will not be interrupted by damage. The barrier lasts for 25 sec or until it absorbs [ 6% of Spell Power + 19005.141 ] damage. / 30% of base mana, 40 yd range, Instant cast, 3 min cooldown
•Evangelism - You have a 100% chance when you Smite and a 40% chance when you Mind Flay to gain Evangelism. Stacks up to 5 times. Lasts for 15 sec. Evangelism (Smite) - Increasing the damage done by your Smite, Holy Fire, and Penance spells by 2/4% and reduces the mana cost of those spells by 3/6%. Dark Evangelism (Mind Flay) - Increases the damage done by your Periodic Shadow spells by 1/2%.
•Archangel - Consumes your Evangelism effects, causing an effect depending what type of Evangelism effect is consumed: Archangel (Evangelism) - Instantly restores 3% of your total mana and increases your healing done by 3% for each stack. Lasts for 18 sec. 30 sec cooldown. Dark Archangel (Dark Evangelism) - Instantly restores 5% of your total mana and increases the damage done by your Mind Flay, Mind Spike, Mind Blast and Shadow Word: Death 4% for each stack. Lasts for 18 sec. 90 sec cooldown.
•Atonement - When you deal damage with Smite, you instantly heal a nearby low health friendly party or raid target within 8 yards from the enemy target equal to 50/100% of the damage dealt. If the Priest is healed through Atonement, the effect is reduced in half.
•Strength of Soul - When you heal a target with your Heal spell, the duration of the weakened soul debuff on the target is reduced by 2/4 sec.
•Train of Thought - You have a 50/100% chance when you heal with Greater Heal to reduce the cooldown of your Inner Focus by 5 sec. You have a 50/100% chance when you Smite to reduce the cooldown of your Penance by 0.5 sec.
•Soul Warding - Reduces the cooldown of your Power Word: Shield ability by 2 sec.

Removed Talents
•Penance is now a primary spell of the Discipline tree.
•Aspiration has been removed from the tree.
•Improved Flash Heal has been removed from the tree.
•Focused Power has been removed from the tree.
•Enlightenment has been removed from the tree.
•Mental Strength has been removed from the tree.
•Absolution is gone.
•Improved Mana Burn has been removed from the tree.
•Meditation is gone. Now a primary spell.
•Silent Resolve has been removed from the tree.
•Improved Power Word: Fortitude has been removed from the tree.
•Martyrdom has been removed from the tree.
•Unbreakable Will has been removed from the tree.

Holy
Primary Spells
•Holy Word: Chastise - Chastise the target for 563.9 to 632.71 Holy damage, and disorients them for 3 sec. / 15% of base mana, 30 yd range, Instant cast, 25 sec cooldown
•Meditation (Passive) - Allows 50% of your mana regeneration from Spirit to continue while in combat.
•Spiritual Healing (Passive) - Healing increased by 15%.
•Echo of Light (Mastery) - Your direct healing spells heal for an additional 10% over 6 sec. Each point of Mastery provides an additional 1.25% healing over 6 sec.

Skills
•Holy Focus (Passive) - Reduces the pushback suffered from damaging attacks while casting any Holy or Discipline spell by 70%.
•Hymn of Hope now restores 2% mana every 2 sec for 8 sec, down from 3%. Now increases total maximum mana by 15%, down from 20%.
•Divine Hymn now costs 36% of base mana, down from 63% of base mana. Heals for 3590 every 2 sec, up from 3024 to 3342.
•Prayer of Mending now costs 18% of base mana, up from 15% of base mana. Now heals for [ ( 31.8% of Spell Power + 2660.86 ) ], up from 1043.
•Binding Heal now costs 29% of base mana, up from 27% of base mana. Now heals for 2951.04 to 3794.19, up from 1925 to to 2508.
•Greater Heal now costs 27% of base mana, down from 32% of base mana. Now heals for 6239.34 to 7251.13, up from 3950 to 4590.
•Prayer of Healing now costs 36% of base mana, down from 48% of base mana. Cast time reduced from 3 sec to 2.5 sec. Now heals for 2710.32 to 2863.6, up from 2091 to 2209.
•Flash Heal now costs 28% of base mana, up from 18% of base mana. Now heals for 4679.9 to 5438.8, up from 1887 to 2193.
•Holy Nova now costs 15% of base mana, down from 20% of base mana. Now causes 247.38 to 287.5 Holy damage (down from 398 to 462) and heal friendly targets within 10 yards for 1518.74 to 1765.02 (up from 713 to 827). Healing is divided among the number of targets healed.
•Heal *New* - Heal your target for 2339.95 to 2719.4. / 9% of base mana, 40 yd range, 3 sec cast
•Renew now heals for 1096 every 3 sec for 12 sec. Up from 1400 over 15 sec.
•Smite now costs 15% of base mana, up from 9% of base mana. Cast time increased from 1.5 sec to 2.5 sec. Smite an enemy for 652.99 to 732.66 Holy damage. (Down from 707 to 793 Holy damage)

Talents Changes
•Guardian Spirit is now a Tier 7 talent, down from Tier 11.
•Empowered Renew is now a Tier 3 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 9 and 3 Ranks. Your Renew will instantly heal the target for 5/10% of the total periodic effect. No longer gives your Reneaw an additional % of your bonus healing effects.
•Circle of Healing now heals for 1590 to 1757, up from 958 to 1058. Now Prioritizes healing most injured party members. Cooldown increased from 6 sec to 10 sec.
•Test of Faith is now a Tier 6 talent, down from Tier 9.
•Body and Soul is now a Tier 5 talent, down from Tier 8. Movement speed buff now also procs from Leap of Faith.
•Empowered Healing is now a Tier 1 and 3 Ranks talent, down from Tier 8 and 5 Ranks. Increases the healing done by your Flash Heal, Heal, Binding Heal and Greater Heal by 5/10/15%.
•Serendipity is now a Tier 4 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 8. Now reduces cast time on your next Greater Heal or Prayer of Healing by 10/20% (up from 4/8/12%). Now also reduces mana cost by 5/10%. Stacks up to 2 times. (Down from 3 times)
•Holy Concentration is now a Tier 3 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 7 and 3 Ranks. Increases the amount of mana regeneration from Spirit while in combat by an additional 10/20%.
•Lightwell is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 7. Now costs 30% of base mana, up from 17% of base mana. Now heals for 9664.013, up from 4620.
•Blessed Resilience is now a Tier 5 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 7 and 3 Ranks. Whenever you are victim of an attack equal to damage greater than 10% of your total health, you gain Blessed Resilience increasing all healing received by 5/10% lasting for 10 sec.
•Surge of Light is now a Tier 2 and 1 Rank talent, down from Tier 6 and 2 Ranks. Now has a 3% chance to proc when you Smite or Heal.
•Spirit of Redemption is now a Tier 4 talent, down from Tier 5. No longer increases total Spirit by 5%.
•Desperate Prayer is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 3. No longer costs mana. Now heals for 4384 to 5172, up from 3716 to 4384.
•Inspiration is now a Tier 2 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 3 and 3 Ranks. Now reduces target's physical damage taken by 5/10%, up from 3/7/10%.
•Divine Fury is now a Tier 1 and 3 ranks talent, down from Tier 2 and 5 Ranks. Reduces the casting time of your Smite, Holy Fire, Heal and Greater Heal spells by 0.15/0.35/0.5 sec. (Up from 0.1/0.2/0.3 sec)
•Improved Renew is now a 2 Ranks talent, down from 3 Ranks. Increases the amount healed by your Renew spell by 5/10%. (Down from 5/10/15%)

New Talents
•Tome of Light - Reduces the cooldown of your Holy Word spells by 15/30%.
•State of Mind - Your successful Heal, Renew, Prayer of Healing or Smite spell casts increase the duration of your corresponding Chakra state by 2/4 sec.
•Chakra - When activated, your next Heal, Renew, Prayer of Healing or Smite spell will put you into a corresponding Chakra state. Lasts for 30 sec. Heal - Increases the critical effect chance of your Heal spell by 10%, and your Heal refreshes the duration of your Renew on the target. Renew - Increases the healing done by your Renew spell by 10%, and reduces the global cooldown of your Renew spell by .5 sec. Prayer of Healing - Increases the healing done by your area of effect spells by 10% and reduces the cooldown of your Circle of Healing by 2 sec. Smite - Increases your total damage done by Shadow and Holy spells by 15%. / 6% of base mana, Instant cast, 1 min cooldown
•Revelations - While in a Chakra state, your Holy Word: Chastise ability will transform into a different ability depending on which state you are in. Holy Word: Serenity (Heal) - Instantly heals the target for 4653.82 to 5463.18, and increases the critical effect chance of your healing spells on the target by 25% for 6 sec. 20 sec cooldown. Holy Word: Aspire (Renew) - Instantly heals the target for 1991.41 and another 3767.85 over 18 sec. 15 sec cooldown. Holy Word: Sanctuary (Prayer of Healing) - Blesses the ground with Divine light, healing all within it for 267.5 to 318.16 every 2 for 18 sec. Only one Sanctuary can be active at any one time.

•Spiritual Healing has been removed from the tree.
•Healing Prayers has been removed from the tree.
•Spiritual Guidance has been removed from the tree.
•Holy Reach has been removed from the tree.

•Blessed Recovery has been removed from the tree.
•Spell Warding has been removed from the tree.
•Healing Focus has been removed from the tree.
•Holy Specialization has been removed from the tree.

Shadow
Primary Spells
•Mind Flay - Assault the target's mind with Shadow energy, causing 501 Shadow damage over 3 sec and slowing their movement speed by 50%. Lasts 3 sec. 40 yd range, 9% of base mana.
•Shadow Power (Passive) - Spell damage increased by 25%. Increases the critical damage of your Shadow spells by 100%.
•Shadow Orbs (Mastery) - You have a 10% chance for your Shadow Word: Pain and Mind Flay spells to grant you a Shadow Orb each time they deal damage. Each Shadow Orb increases the damage done by your Mind Blast and Mind Spike spells by 33%. Each point of Mastery increases damage by an additional 4.3%. You can have up to a maximum of 3 orbs.

Skills
•Mind Sear now deals 81 to 88 Shadow damage every sec, down from 183 to 197. Range increased to 35 yards, up from 30 yards.
•Shadowfiend now regenerates 3% mana when the Shadowfiend attacks, down from 5%. Range increased to 40 yards, up from 30 yards.
•Shadow Word: Death now has a 40 yards range, up from 30 yards. Cooldown reduced from 12 sec to 10 sec.
•Shadow Protection now increases Shadow resistance by [ Level 1-70 : (Level) / Level 71-80 : (Level + 5 * (Level - 70)) / Level 81 or above : (Level + 5 * (Level - 70) + 7 * (Level - 80)) ] for 1 hr. Affects the whole party/raid. No longer requires a Sacred Candle.
•Mind Control now has a 30 yards range, up from 20 yards. Cast time reduced to 2.5 sec, down from 3 sec.
•Devouring Plague now has a 40 yards range, up from 30 yards.
•Psychic Scream now affects up to 5 enemies, up from 2.
•Mind Blast now has a 40 yards range, up from 30 yards.
•Shadow Word: Pain now has a 40 yards range, up from 30 yards.

Talents Changes
•Dispersion is now a Tier 7 talent, down from Tier 11.
•Twisted Faith is now a Tier 2 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 10 and 5 Ranks. Now Increases your shadow spell damage by 1/2%, and grants you spell hit rating equal to 50/100% of any Spirit gained from items or effects.
•Psychic Horror is now a Tier 6 talent, down from Tier 9.
•Vampiric Touch is now a Tier 5 talent, down from Tier 9. No longer causes damage if dispelled. Range increased from 30 yards to 40 yards.
•Pain and Suffering is now a Tier 5 and 2 ranks talent, down from Tier 9 and 3 Ranks. Now has a 30/60% (down from 33/66/100%) chance to refresh duration of Shadow Word: Pain. Now reduces damage taken from your own Shadow Word: Death by 20/40%. (Up from 10/20/30%)
•Improved Shadowform is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 8. Renamed to Phantasm.
•Shadowform now increases all party and raid members spell haste by 5%.
•Mind Melt is now a Tier 4 talent, down from Tier 6. Revamped - Increases the damage done with your Shadow Word: Death by 15/30% on targets at or below 25% health, and when you deal damage with Mind Spike, the cast time of your next Mind Blast is reduced by 25/50% lasting 6 sec. Mind Melt can stack up to 2 times.
•Improved Devouring Plague is now a Tier 2 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 6 and 3 Ranks. No longer increases the periodic damage done by your Devouring Plague, now instantly deals damage equal to 15/30% of its periodic effect.
•Silence is now a Tier 4 talent, down from Tier 5.
•Vampiric Embrace is now a Tier 4 talent, down from Tier 5.
•Veiled Shadows is now a Tier 1 talent, down from Tier 4. Now reduces the cooldown of Shadowfiend by 30/60 sec, down from 1/2 min.
•Improved Psychic Scream is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 3.
•Improved Mind Blast is now a Tier 2 and 3 Ranks talent, down from Tier 3 and 5 Ranks. While in Shadowform your Mind Blast now has a 33/66/100% (up from 20/40/60/80/100%) chance to reduce all healing done to the target by 25% for 10 sec.
•Improved Shadow Word: Pain is now a Tier 1 talent, down from Tier 2.
•Darkness is now a 3 Ranks talent, down from 5 Ranks. Now increases Spell haste by 1/2/3% instead of increasing Shadow spell damage by 2/4/6/8/10%.

New Talents
•Sin and Punishment - When your Vampiric Touch is dispelled, the dispeller and all nearby enemy targets within 10 yards have a 50/100% chance to be instantly feared in horror for 3 sec. When your Mind Flay critically hits, the cooldown of your Shadowfiend is reduced by 5/10 sec.
•Shadowy Apparition - When you deal periodic damage with your Shadow Word: Pain, you have a 4/8/12% chance to summon a shadow version of yourself which will slowly move towards a target which is afflicted by your Shadow Word: Pain. Once reaching the target, it will instantly deal 446.98 shadow damage. While moving, the chance to summon the shadowy apparation is increased to 20/40/60%.
•Paralysis - When you critically hit with your Mind Blast, you cause the target to be unable to move for 2/4 sec.
•Masochism - When you take a damaging attack equal to or greater than 10% of your total health or damage yourself with your Shadow Word: Death, you instantly gain 4/8% of your total mana.
•Harnessed Shadows - Increases the chance for you to gain a Shadow Orb when dealing damage with your Mind Flay and Shadow Word: Pain by 4/8%, and you have a 50/100% chance to gain a Shadow Orb when critically hit by any attack.

Removed Talents
•Misery is gone.
•Shadow Power has been removed from the tree.
•Improved Vampiric Embrace has been removed from the tree.
•Focused Mind has been removed from the tree.
•Shadow Reach has been removed from the tree.
•Shadow Weaving has been removed from the tree.
•Shadow Affinity has been removed from the tree.
•Shadow Focus has been removed from the tree.
•Spirit Tap has been removed from the tree.
•Improved Spirit Tap has been removed from the tree.
